It is here, in this wild Arctic desolation, that I truly learned about Leadership - not in conference rooms or business books, but from the indomitable spirit of these magnificent dogs. They taught me the essence of leading without words, the art of resilience, and the importance of mutual trust. And I discovered that these lessons are not only fundamental in sledding but also in managing teams of people.
