Alessandro’s passion for programming began at a very young age, at 13, at the time of the commodore VIC20 and the first Personal Computers. In 1996 he invented chatexpert.it, the first Italian java chat, adopted as a chat engine by famous portals such as GQ, LYCOS that at the time was sold in cloud mode. In 2001 he realized that Chat can have great potential in the business world to provide assistance and in 2004 he registered the LiveHelp brand. Since then, the Chat has been enriched with other applications and this is how in 2016 Alessandro and his team create the first Omnichannel Digital Customer Care Suite in Italy to which artificial intelligence is also added in 2017. Today LiveHelp continues to be a benchmark in the Italian Customer Care landscape and is launching a suite entirely dedicated to the world of health and medical.
