eCommerce was a youthful passion for me: I was still a university student when I founded my first small agency. Before getting serious I spent five years in a leading market Retailer, a fundamental experience that allowed me to work on important digital transformation projects. At that point I was ready to pursue a career as an entrepreneur: together with my partners and our great team we botstrapped SpotView, now a highly technical Digital Agency made up of over 40 people specialized in eCommerce and Customer Experience. Subsequently I co-founded Heres, an innovative startup that applies artificial intelligence solutions to the creation of conversational interfaces - chatbots and voicebots - for medium and large enterprises. Since 2020 I have been teaching eCommerce Management as an Adjunct Professor at Bologna Business School.
