Francesco Cerruti is the Managing Director of Italian Tech Alliance since May 2020. Italian Tech Alliance is the association of those who invest, innovate, experiment and discover new technologies to foster the growth of Italy. It represents and promotes the needs of venture capital and corporate venture capital funds, business angels, family offices, start-ups and innovative SMEs. Prior to joining Italian Tech Alliance, Francesco has led the European team of the consultancy TPA Research and he has worked for five years in the European Parliament. He holds a Master in Global Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and a Master in Political Sciences at Università Statale di Milano. In 2022 he has been selected as a Fellow by Schmidt Futures International Strategy Forum. In 2018 he has been invited to the US International Visitor Leadership Programme with a focus on Global Economic Cooperation.
