Senior Partner In Charge Of Marketplaces

Paola Marzario is founder and president of BrandOn Group. Graduated in Law in 2004 at the Bocconi University of Milan, during her studies, at the age of 20, Paola founded Italia Casting, a company specializing in electronic ticketing systems and in the organization of events. In 2008 Paola sold 65% of ItaliaCasting to the Best Union Spa Group (one of the main Italian operators in the management of ticketing and access control), while maintaining the management of her company and at the same time starting to work for Best Union with the task of developing new business opportunities. Thanks to the experience gained in e-commerce, in 2012 she decided to restart with a new entrepreneurial adventure and in 2012 she founded BrandOn Group. Expert in the e-commerce sector, Paola today dedicates herself to internationalizing many Italian companies through online channels. She is mother of Massimo, Alessandro and Azzurra, and she manages a team of 50 people of which 70% are women. She is currently Senior Partner of the Netcomm Consortium and mentor of Polihub, the incubator of the Politecnico di Milano and provides numerous training activities on the marketplace topic for courses and master's degrees at the most important Italian Business Schools.
