Amazon currently has 18,000 employees in 60 facilities throughout Italy. Since 2010, investments in the country have reached 16.9 billion euros and also concern tools to support the over 21,000 SMEs who in 2022 chose to use the store to sell online, recording over €950 million in exports.

Among these tools, there is the Made in Italy showcase which, also thanks to the collaboration with the ICE Agency, today has more than 2 million products at an international level and is available in 11 countries around the world, and the free training course Accelera con Amazon, through where the company, together with experts, helps companies take their first steps in digital.
