Shipminds was born as a branch of San Marino Mail Italia, an Italian company specialised in the sale of distribution services linked to the world of b2b and b2c and logistics with over 20 years of experience in the sector. Thanks to its profound knowledge and experience in the field of logistics and transport, together with the development of advanced computer systems linked to the analysis and management of shipments, San Marino Mail Italia decided to invest its resources in the creation of Shipminds, a company dedicated exclusively to the optimisation and management of shipments.

We invested our resources in the creation of a dashboard that would allow the performance of couriers to be visualised on interactive maps, the penetration of orders on the territory, the analysis of undelivered parcels and an algorithm of choice that chooses the best courier on the basis of parameters such as weight, size, destination, value of the goods etc.. The data is comparable thanks to filters that extend or reduce the time span of analysis, highlighting critical points. The display of histograms and pie charts facilitates statistical analysis, representing the most significant KPIs. In addition, our computer system allows integration with the main eCommerce and marketplace platforms and the customisation of tracking pages and branded emails.
