E-commerce in the automotive sector is still young and requires an in-depth analysis of market and people behavior. Predicting what will happen in the coming years and setting the optimal strategy well in advance is crucial. With this project, Mercedes-Benz, TeamX and Nucleus take stock of this topic, illustrating their approach, which is also applicable to other luxury sectors characterized by a complex purchasing process.
